Didn't seem to care about either of my visits. Rushed me in and out. I don't know if she's paid based on the number of patients she receives, but it sure seemed like that's all she cared about. Won't be going back. Didn't listen, didn't care either.

Good service, but the labs and some of their results seem to get lost often.

Flaky, doesn't keep things strait, or follow through with out reminders. Terrible front desk service and attitude. Lack of communication between staff members, particularly with Sue not being aware of what's going on. Theses are all on many different occasions. Also, more recently, with in last year no one answers the phone anymore, continually have to leave message then they call you back, or they don't. It's a toss up.

Doc is exceptional, too bad Lutheran has provided her with a poor staff for the followups. No excuse for not following through or returning phone calls. That is just laziness.

Great doctor and staff!! The only concern I have is when calling you can never reach a person. Always have to leave a message and sometimes can take awhile for them to get back to you.

Do not waste your time with this doctor. Her priority is delivering babies. Doctor and Office has no follow-up protocol. Appointment times go past scheduled times 1+ hours. When doctor is out delivering babies, no calls or messages were received by staff to reschedule appointments. I have left several messages and received no return calls. Previous appointment doctor come into room and had arms crossed across her chest and said 'What can I do for you?' She acted like she was annoyed and doing some kind of favor for me, when in reality she has done nothing. Doctor does not respect your requests or comments.

This doctor was hands down the most disrespectful doctor I have even encountered.

I was satisfied with Baker-Palmers services until I had my son. Since then there have been three different occasions she was supposed to call me back.Two were in regards to my sons well being and the other was to schedule an ultrasound. Of the three, I received 1 call back from a nurse 7 hours later which was pointless. I tried to bump my appointment up 5 days and her office refused due to her being booked. Every visit you have to wait atleast 30 minutes in the exam rooms before you see the doctor. In my opinion her concern for my child isn't up to my expectations. Overall i would recommend her for adults only
