Dr. Rebecca Barnes is a neurologist and internal medicine physician with six years of experience treating complex neurological and medical conditions. She earned her medical degree from Joan C Edwards School of Medicine at Marshall University, where she developed expertise in both neurological disorders and comprehensive internal medicine care.
