Dr. Batalden has a good balance of technical skills and bedside manner. I felt heard, she diagnosed an issue (in addition to the one I came in with) that other docs should have found long ago. She was clear about what was going to happen, answered all of my questions, and even dealt well with my male partner. After surgery/recovery, I feel like a new person. Dr. Batalden truly cares about women and liberating them from debilitating conditions like pelvic prolapse.

Dr Batalden is fabulous. Her office is small and cozy with pictures of real women on the walls. Very short wait time in lobby. Medical staff is warm, courteous and efficient. Exam time with Dr Batalden was not rushed and all my questions were answered. Br Batalden has a very easy going, soft approach to her patients that show she and her staff really care about bettering women's lives. I'm so glad I followed my doctor's recommendation to go see her. Life altering for the better!!

Lack of information about experience of procedure, side effects, poor communication, unacceptable response time. My initial impression was that she was a likable, down to earth person. However, it went downhill from there. Once I've condensed my complaint to a managible size, I plan to return with the relative details.
