Dr Chung is very friendly and professional. I felt comfortable during my visit and she answered my questions and concerns. I highly recommend her !

Dr. Chung was recommended to me by a friend and I am so thankful for that. Her and her team are like a well oiled machine, her genuine concern to make my vision as good as possible is very appreciated. If the front check in desks could be more efficient it would make the visit just perfect. At both locations the time that people have to wait in line is unexceptionable - I watched an elderly couple that needed to be sitting down stand for far to long in line. It was hard to watch.

Dr. Chung is always professional and reassuring. She explains carefully the results of my tests and any follow-up appointments I may need with specialist.

I had an in depth appointment today. After a brief wait I was taken right in for the initial tests by the assistant. Then I waited again briefly for doctor Chung who is very efficient and professional and friendly. She always explains exactly what she's looking for and looking at. She then explains the follow up from this point. Previously when i've come to this clinic before it was Dr Chung, An appointment like that could take about an hour and a 1/2. With a lot of that time just sitting round waiting. I have no complaints.

I appreciate her professionalism and friendly approach to performing and explaining tests and there results. I have confidence in her ability to provide excellent care.
