Told me I needed all my teeth pulled (lie), left 1/2 tooth in mouth, had to make 3 300-mile trips to get all tooth material removed. I was left with a 1 1/2 inches of bone sticking through my gum, she had left a large flap of gum uncovered by my 'immediate dentures'. Saw her several months later for a relign; she told me she did not want me as a patient anymore, since I had seen another dentist whose commentary on her 'work' was negative and told me I should never have had my teeth pulled. She called the police on me; I had to tell them she had stolen my dentures from the tray. The police had to take her to her office to get her to settle down, then return my dentures to me. (The police told me she had been doing this to other patients!) Sadly, I have to leave a star to post this. -5 stars is my 'true' rating!!!

I'm still recovery from my surgery but there are some facts that cannot be ignored. First, leading up to the extractions, virtually no information was provided letting the patient know of the process and what to expect. You received some information AFTER the surgery. There was no handout for the client to let them know what to expect after surgery-(e.g., when do we come back for a check-up, etc.),...comment was, if you feel bad or need an adjustment, make an appointment its a part of your package. Clearly, pro-active client care was not taught at dental school. Oh, if you still decide to go here, don't bother calling the issued emergency number...you can leave a message but no one will call you back. Then there was the actual surgery, which was a nightmare. No per-medication was given, No topical used for sensitive gums or pallet in anticipation of using Novocaine. Every dentist I have ever visited in over 45 years ALL use some kind of numbing agent to lessen the pain of… the needle in an effort to make the patient feel comfortable. Don't get me wrong, you expect some pain but pain is manageable if you follow a doctrine of patient comfort...don't expect that at Affordable Dentures. Finally, double/triple check your estimate...these folks can't add simple numbers. The difference between the agreed to price and what was charged was over $800. How do you make such mistakes? Answer; No eye for detail. There is more but it is sufficient to know we made a bad choice in provider and I should have done more homework on the dentist before making a commitment. Hopefully this write up will allow others to do a deep dive before committing to what we believe was a horrible experience.

She did mine a few years back. Never had a problem, she was very kind and considerate to me as a patient. Recommended a few people and they liked her also. Not sure what kind of treatment others have received but I am totally satisfied with the whole staff.

Terrible dentist, unprofessional, terrible dentures wouldnt fix them

I had my dentures made in Orlando. The lower ones didn't fit properly so I was referred to the one cloSE to home. We went in and dr. Rebecca looked at my mouth and said I'm going to refer you to a specialist. Said my bite was not established. I've worn Dentures for 30 years or more and have never had a bite problem. She refused to make new Dentures after being referred to her Buy corporate. Walked out feeling like that was the quickest brush off ever. I'm not normally one to complain but when your teeth keep biting your lip there is a problem she says the problem is with both top and bottom teeth and would not fix them told us to go see a specialist. Not happy
