Dr. Rebecca Kaye Hagerty, DO

When I started with Dr. Hagerty she listened and did a thorough job on office visits. Since then, she's cut way back on her hours and is almost impossible to see for urgent illnesses. She misdiagnosed my illness, causing me two extra weeks of pain, loss of work time, and emotional stress. When I suggested what I thought the problem was, she angrily rejected it. The specialist I saw confirmed that I was right.

i was misdiagnosed by her 2 years ago. sent home with no further instructions. ended up in the hospital after it had gone on too long with no care. could have been avoided if she hadn't rushed me in and out and she didn't follow up. Not expecting her to be perfect but this was a common problem and in her training she should have known what to do next.

Back in 2001 Dr. Hagerty misdiagnosed me, which caused me to have to suffer much longer than I would have from an accident I had. She did not listen to me and rushed me in and out. Maybe if she would have taken the time to hear my issues, and not just medicate me, it would have saved me pain and suffering. I know people are not perfect, but doctors are dealing with real lives. I hope Dr. Hagerty has changed over the past few years and listens more.

I have been seeing Dr. Hagerty for about 10 years now and I believe that she is a very caring, concerned doctor. She always makes me feel comfortable,never "dismisses" my symptoms, and frankly makes me feel very well cared for.
