The provider, Rebecca came in and didn't introduce herself. She then brought a PA Student into the exam room, without asking If it would be alright to bring her In. The PA Student walked in and sat down and proceeded to ask all the questions and take over the office visit. It was a very awkward visit.

She really listened and understood my problems. I appreciated that she went through options and was clear in establishing a care plan, while giving me options.

The provider was a student & they asked most of the questions. The PA came in afterwards and went over everything. I got a prescription, but no one told me. I found out when the pharmacy called me.
