Dr. Rebecca Anne Knight, MD

She has a hot temper. Seems to be uninformed about menopause related symptoms and ways to remedy these. Her statement was that old people have to suffer, lol. While I was able to get some treatments I got from previous retired Dr, I needed other avenues of treatment. She spends a lot of time talking about politics and other offending topics. Instead of straight forward questions, she states questions like, “Don’t you eat meat” ? Not sure why she ask that, or what I was supposed to glean from that question. I thought I might be low on Vitamins. Who knows? You have to agree with whatever she says or she threatens to discontinue serving you. Like, if you are seeking a second opinion to hers. She is okay for a short term but quickly find a new Doctor if you care about your health. Sadly, her Nurse Practitioner is excellent so I will miss his good advice.

I wasted 3 months of my time and health waiting on an appointment with her that was canceled less than a week before it was to occur, by email no less. I sent her all my medical records to review and waited over a month for her office to call and schedule me. She wanted labs done prior to the visit that were not covered by my insurance. I tried for over a month to get the costs for them and had to cancel the lab appointment because they never got me that info. They knew when I didn't get the labs she wasn't going to see me, but they waited until the last minute to let me know. I don't think a doctor should expect you to spend over $4000 in lab work before you've even met her to see if it's a good fit and what her plan is and what the labs will even show.

I was very impressed with Dr. Knight's knowledge and information. Very helpful.

She has taken time to answer all my questions and is very caring.

I have been to so many doctors that just plain do not take the time to listen and understand the problems that I am having. Doctor Knight is the exception! She always spends enough time to answer all of your questions and cover all of your concerns. She does not have the superiority complex that most doctors have, it is very refreshing. Her goal is to help her patients and she truly means it.

FINALLY! The office is organized, the RN, Jessica, ALWAYS answers my emails &/or is quick to fax my drug order. Lisa, the SMILING and FRIENDLY office gal could not be nicer and more efficient. All in all, it's "almost" a pleasure going to the doctor. BTW, Dr Knight is also very understanding of the needs of a patient. She listens, she's professional, and she takes more than the usual 15 minutes if you need it(we have more questions on some appt days than on others). Great place, far as doc offices go.
