Dr. Rebecca L Locke, DO

Dr Locke truly cares and listens. She found my source of pain and treated it without medication. Dr Locke was very straightforward in her communication which I appreciate.

I saw Dr Locke for the first time, she was very nice a appeared to care about me.she ran several blood test and a few came back way out of range. I had some concerns about the results. I e-mailed her twice and phoned her office three times asking her to call me about my results. I guess she is too busy or does not really care about me. I will not be returning to her office.

After 6 weeks of back pain 1 treatment i hugged her She since left our area , im willing to travel 14 hours for a treatment

First visit with Dr. Locke. She asked me a lot about my family history, and appeared to be listening as she typed on her computer. Appeared a great way to start!! First time ever though, where I go into a routine physical exam and sat fully clothed, and just answering a list of questions. Don’t you actually have to physically examine your patients to bill for a physical exam. Insurance company states that she billed for two office visits because of how I answered her questions, and she informed them that she had to do a diagnostic....What did she diagnose??? And where is the resolution and recommendation if she did. Guess thats how she justified charging my insurance company for an additional office visit fee along with the $270 dollar wellness fee she was already getting. Informed me that she was running routine blood work (covered under wellness)...only to find out it wasn’t, after receiving a $170 bill from the lab. She gave no feedback, and appeared as if what we talked… about, had no relevance. I’m a cancer survivor and have celiac disease...she never spoke to me about it. I told her I thought I need to see a dermatologist due to some areas of concern...she didn’t even bother to look at those areas. Gave me a referral. A week later I sent her a message through MyChart in regards to a different referral, only to have some office personnel answer the message 5 days later, and telling me that Dr. Locke is too busy to answer her patients. Complaints have been made to St. Lukes and my insurance company. Formal complaints will be made in regards to fraudulent charges and misrepresentation. Seriously disappointing!!!

I had trusted Dr.Locke with my care. I don't like to sound harsh, but doctor Locke does not listen to her patients, she gets very aggressive when you ask questions. She gives the over authority vibe as if she's always right & you're always wrong. She makes her paitents feel really bad about themselves. Gives very irrelevant opinions. Refuses to have a good doctor to patient relationship. Very unprofessional. Needless to say my family & I will be searching for another doctor

I selected her as my new doctor. She spent 10 minutes with me, I had blood work and left. She had a nurse call me and said I needed a prescription and she would call it in. When I told her I was waiting for my blood work results in the mail before I made a decision. The nurse was taken back and not friendly. I received the blood work in the mail 3 weeks later and never got a phone call back from Rebecca. I will be looking for another doctor.

Dr Locke took time to address all of my concerns. She made me feel comfortable and cared for. I did not feel rushed.
