Dr. Rebecca Lynn Palmer, MD

I was treated by Dr. Palmer at Riverbend ED for a work injury. Once I was in taken from the lobby to the room, Dr. Palmer came right in, diagnosed me quickly and monitored me during the rest of my stay in the ED. I felt like she had given me all of the information I needed to care for my injury.

Terribly physician. Does not listen. Speaks over you. Has "it all figured out" before she even walks into the room. The worst physician I've ever seen!

This was an Emergency Room visit at Riverbend Hospital in Springfield, so waiting time does not count-emergency rooms are always busy. I had great care there by all staff. Cafeteria food overpriced and the hamburger I had was waay bad (dry like sawdust-if that good).

Terrible bedside manner. Low-class personality. Rude.

She was the Doctor on call in the Emergency room of Sacred Heart Medical Center in Springfield, OR.. We waited 7 hours before she saw us and she was rude, and insensitive. Terrible!

I really appreciate the kind and considerate care I received from Dr. Palmer during an emergency room visit. And I did not feel that I was hurried or rushed as I often do during a visit to my regular doctor.

I know medical service is not inexpensive, but 646.00 to tell me in ten minutes that my ankle was broken seems a bit steep. Pro-rating this doctors rates adds up to about 3600.00 per hour.
