Horrible dr and staff

Amazing Dr., very kind, takes time to listen, easy to schedule appointment, friendly staff.

Dr. pecks office sent a request to my doctor, which I signed, asking that my records be forwarded. I requested the same thing from my doctor on 2 other occasions because Dr. peck’s office claimed they had not been received My previous doctor was able to confirm that their fax had received the records. I asked Dr Peck’s office to confirm the fax number in cas3 that was an error-although it would have been correct on their fax form. I was hung up on. This had been going on over a period of 4 months, so I wrote a confidential letter to the doctor explaining the situation in her office. She had her receptionist leave a message on my machine saying she didn’t have the records and didn’t want me as a patient! Wow! Thank the good Lord for saving me from this disaster!

Dr Peck is a great dr, and the office staff is very nice. The nurses, however , are rude and grumpy. I also hate that they take appts starting at 7:15, but the phones are on service until 8. I was in a minor car accident and could'nt make my 7:15 appt and tried calling for an hour before my appt time, but the phone was on service. The nurse called me at 730 and was very rude to me and said if I had another no-show I would be released. Didn't care that I had NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM and so wasn't technically a no-show. I will continue to go here since I love both Dr Pecks, but I sure wont be making any early appts

Dr. Rebecca Peck is the most amazing doctor. She takes the time to spend with you to discuss any questions you have to have. She has a genuine interest in your well-being. Her office staff and medical assistants are efficient, professional and show the same concerns for her patients as she does I would highly recommend her to anyone that wants quality, personally care.

Called this office numerous times and they Never call back. Not the type of doctor I want.

Dr. Rebecca Peck is by far the most caring, outstanding and concerned doctor I have had through the years. She is not an alarmist, and spends all the time explaining options to fit your needs and lifestyle. I can't recommend her highly enough - needs 20 stars!!

She is a nice woman, but she is very religious. I asked if birth control would help me manage my very painful and heavy periods and she told me I should wait until marriage to have sex as that would be the good catholic thing to do. Completely unrelated to why I asked for it.

Unfortunately Dr. R. Peck has succumbed to the legal rather than medical world as she spends more time writing notes in her laptop than doing a physical exam on her patient. I understand you have to take notes as a doctor, but looking at and getting to know your patient should be your priority. She claims to be a Christian doctor, but she comes off as cold and uncaring while she peaks at you from behind her laptop. Dr. Peck, you are a doctor - not a medical transriptionist. You appear to care more about making money than your patient's well being - wanted me to pay $25.00 just for your signature on a letter for insurance paperwork. Can see your motivation, and I would not recoomend you to my enemy.

I didn't particularly find Dr. Peck to be personable. She made it pretty clear early on that she wasn't really interested in what my problems were, but that she was more interested in volume for the money rather than patient comfort and individuality. For someone who doesn't care if their doctor listens or cares, she will be just fine. If you need someone who will listen and try to help figure out a problem, then look elsewhere.
