Dr. Rebecca Leigh Poole, MD

I came in to Dr Poole’s office as a new patient. I had a yearly exam. As a knew patient I was asked a lot of questions which is normal. As I was leaving I asked if there was a co pay for the services. Receptionist stated that there wasn’t. I had been scheduled for a follow up. I canceled the appointment way in advance because I was supposed to be recording some information on my bladder. So I then start receiving emails & a bill that was sent to me that I owed a balance. I then called Dr Poole’s office & was told that I was charged based on a concern . Then another person said that I was charged because I canceled my appointment. The information that was given to me from two different employees were totally different. So I paid the balance just because I don’t like owing money & told the person that I wouldn’t be coming back to there establishment & she said that was fine. Which really shocked me. But at least I know that I will not recommend anyone to go to Dr Poole’s office. And if… you do make sure you know what you’re getting charged for.

She’s such an amazing doctor she knows her stuff and she is very patient bedside manner are wonderful as well i highly recommend her

Had a miscarriage and they had her come in to check me. She had the nerve to compare personal experience with mine and made it seem as if it wasn't that serious. I wouldn't recommend her to anyone.

There is something not right about this doctor, pleasant office staff. I will never go back

Dr. Poole is amazing! She was very caring, attentive, proactive, professional, and accurate from the beginning of my very first visit all the way up until my last follow up appointment. I could not have asked for a better physician and I am extremely appreciative of her forthrightness and reassurance during what was a very trying time for my family and I! She’s a life saver and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for not just an OBGYN/ GYN but one who cares!

I absolutely loved Dr. Poole! She helped me through my entire pregnancy and was amazing!

Amazing Doctor very caring and helpful!

At first dr Poole was amazing but when it came time to have my son her bed side manned was awful and as I was having trouble with my labor and passed out she just stood there while everyone else tried to wake me up. Then tonight I find gauze in a place it shouldn’t be and that it had been there for over two weeks and I was not aware it was even there. She was very off during my labor and even after. Horrible to nurse and I will never recommend her to anyone. Please find another dr and do not go to her.

This doc belongs in the looney bin. Find someone who is mentally stable as this quack is not. Not exactly a caring physician.

At about 7 weeks pregnant I went to see Dr. Poole because I was having severe kidney pain. This woman aregued with me during my entire appointment. She told me that I couldn’t possibly be having kidney pain because I wasn’t writhing on the floor in pain. She also told me to take the maximum dose of ibuprofen until I was 32 weeks pregnant. You can’t take ibuprofen during pregnancy!!! It’s not a “safe” medication. Luckily, this is my fourth pregnancy and I knew better. She is a horrible person. She refused to listen to my complaint and help me get help. After I switched doctor and ended up in the ER, I was admitted for a kidney infection and got three days of IV antibiotics. I also have a kidney full of kidney stones. So I certainly proved her wrong. I strongly suggest that everyone find a different doctor. She doesn’t listen to her patients and she gives unsafe medical advice. PLEASE don’t go to this woman.
