Dr. Rebecca Pruthi, MD

Very helpful, professional, returning for follow ups.

I been having major foot issues since a post Liz Franc fracture/ break within my foot. I deal with major arthritis and foot pain due to it. I come to Foot Care of Manhattan to see Dr Pruthi for physical therapy and treatment to help deal with this. She uses different methods of therapy, hydrotherapy, Eletric stimulation with cold compress and also ultrasound. She has been a life saver for me since I am able to be more weight bearing and mobile on my feet. Many times I walk in with a cane and leave without having to use it. After dealing with other podiatrists during these painful years, I can say with confidence, she is the best in this field. Her office is immaculate and the care from her staff and her are levels above the usual. I drive into the city from Westchester because of it.

I have been with Dr. Pruthi for several years. Dr. Pruthi is always professional and compassionate. She is good at building trust with patients. Office staff is good too.

Dr. Pruthi is attentive and caring. She listens and explained my condition to me. I'm happy she was able to help me.

This is one of the worst doctors I have ever seen, and in the last 2 years I have seen lots and lots of doctors for various health reasons. She kept repeating the same thing over and over even when I stated more than once, "that does not apply to me". I don't think she was even listening or she would have stopped saying, "Pedicures can be a reason of the problem" after I said 3 (three) times I do no go to salons to have pedicures done. Or...she would not tell me to keep a diary of what I do to find patterns that may be the cause of the issue when I had just explained to her how good I am at finding patterns causing health issues and I did not find any causing this problem. I said, "I even tried to find patterns associated with what I eat and found none. After five minutes she says, "Try to see if thee is a correlation with what you eat". I can say more but I think I made my point. This person does NOT listen to the patient! She offered a number of possible causes for one… of the issues presented and when I stated none of those apply to my case, she just repeated them again. When I said AGAIN, those do not apply to me, can we think of other less common reasons she had no answer, other than repeating herself one more time. She offered no real substantial solution to any of the issues that I brought to her and unfortunately for her, my visit was "a second opinion" which means I already have answers from another doctor. That means I can state with educated confidence that she is a very poor doctor.

Dr. Pruthi has been super attentive to my needs and medical complaints. She is both bright and personable.

I live overseas, and I return to see Dr. Pruthi for my foot care. She is wonderful. She listens and takes her time with her patients.

I have been seeing Dr. Pruthi for my plantar fasciitis condition. My condition has dramatically improved since my treatment. I am greeted by a warm staff, and always receive genuine, and attentive care. Thankful!

I had a nail procedure with Dr. Pruthi. Everything went smoothly and I feel great. Thankful !
