Does not listen. Does not answer questions. Dismissive. Was my primary physician for several years and never discussed my annual/biennial blood test results, while my kidneys were failing, did not refer me to a nephrologist until I begged for a referral. Kept saying everything was okay when it as not. Extremely poor care. Incompetent. Doesn't return phone calls. Has the "office girls" make all return calls without any info or being able to answer questions.

Rude office staff, unhelpful and inconsiderate. Would not provide my medical records to me electronically or let me see them. Saw dr. Ruble for five months for chronic, wide-spread body pain. Would only treat me with one type of medication; just increased the dosage even though I told her I was receiving no benefit. Asked to be evaluated for fibromyalgia; she refused to refer me to a rheumatologist - in fact, she told me rheumatologists did not even treat fibromyalgia. Extremely dissatisfied. Wish I had known this five months ago before spending so much and living with the unbearable pain.

Mrs. Ruble is no physician in my books so she hasn't earned the right to be referred to as "Dr. Ruble". In the first visit, she'd ask questions but then talk over me when I'd respond. She assumes to know her patients after only one visit and wants to give Medical advice, which she knows nothing about. I had a Follow up a month later and knowing how she was the first time was prepared for her belittling and judgment so instead of listening to it, I walked out. Don't waste your time. Find a REAL Physician who will LISTEN to you!

Unlike other doctor I went to before, Dr Ruble is 'furgal' with my request for my blood work. She said I looked healthy I didn't need a full blook work. I asked how do i know if I have problem if I don't test it and it's my annual physical check up, it is included as a benefit of my medical coverage. She said she's a very scientifc doctor, if I need everything to be tested, she is not the one. She ended up suggested me to go to look for another doctor. The worst part was she had to charge me as a office visit or I have to do the lab test as she wanted not what I needed/ wantedOffice manager name Donna is rule and not helpful at all. Don't ever go back there!

Dr. Ruble is wonderful. However the support staff is lacking. Follow up calls take over two days to get a response. It is very hard to get an appointment when you are sick. The office staff for the most part act like they have no clue as to what they are doing. However because I really like Dr. Rubble I will continue to go there even though the office staff is not that great.

Dr. Ruble always takes time for me and explains things to me. I feel like she is on my side helping me get better.

I have been seeing Dr Ruble for about 10 years. Her current location is not convenient for me, but it is well worth the drive. When she is with me, it feels like she has nothing else to think about but me and how I'm feeling, how my life is going. She is extremely thorough, and an exceptionally good listener. I have referred 4 or 5 friends to her, and all are pleased with her care. A friend who is a doctor herself also has her as her primary care doctor--now THAT'S a good recommendation to have!Another item--Dr Ruble encourages me to email her when I have questions or concerns. There are any number of times that I have done that, and either avoided an office visit, or it spurred me to go when I would have otherwise put it off! Great accessibility.

I've had many ovarian problems and have seen many many doctors througout college and since. A friend recommended Dr. Ruble and what a blessing she has been. Through every exam, procedure and issue she has been right there helping me through and explaining everything in terms I understood. She is a very knowledgable and smart doctor. Yet, she is also very personable and open. I have never once felt rushed while at a doctor's visit. She remember's everything about me including past jobs, how long I've been married, family stories and she even notices when I've cut my hair! She really is just fantastic and I would highly recommend her.
