Dr. Rebecca Marin Scandrett, MD

I went to Dr Scandarett until she left Trinity on West Main St Waterbury. I was so heart broken when she left what an amazing Dr. She is. She makes you feel comfortable. Explains everything so you can understand it clearly. I like my present Dr but he can't do everything like she can so if I need Cath or any proced I ned to find another Dr.

There was nothing to suggest that I would have a blockage that large - not my ekg, not my stress test, not even my symptoms suggested I could be so close to a catastrophic event. When she looked at it all together combined with my young age and wasn’t ready to let it go. My family is so thankful that she didn’t.

Very disrespectful leaving me exposed on the table in front of a room full of women virtually throughout the simple heart procedure, so much so that a resident internist intervened to cover me late in the procedure

I had the opportunity to meet my new Cardiologist today (Valentines Day) at the Newington V.A. Hospital.Gotta tell ya>>>>>>> This Doctor is so kind and so patient. Her overall ratings are a 4 starand what they say is true. Look no further if you're in need of a great DOC.I just found one !!!!!!!!

As someone with what now appears be on going heart problems, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Dr. Scandrett on many occasions both in hospital and private office visits. I have found her to be both professional and personable at all times and her follow up is always unexpected but comforting. Far from the usual deity complex one associates with the medical commmuity - especially on her level - it is like dealing with your next door neighbor. You feel immediately at ease, comfortable and secure. I am proud to be able to say, without hesitation, Dr. Scandrett is "my cardiologist."
