I went to Elevate Dental Wellness when I needed to have an implant removed that was between two other implants because my then dentist did not have the tools to do this. The procedure went well and I wrote a positive review. I then needed a three-crown bridge, and I was assured by Elevate that this was no problem since they have a very good lab and they are used to do this. Unfortunately, after four attempts, many visits and about one stressful year later they could not do the bridge. The first bridge came completely off, the second was bulky, the third had one crown too short by 1mm, and after they placed the last one, I was biting my cheek severely. Then I scheduled an appointment to have them fix the cheek biting problem, and during this appointment they removed the crown and told me that they do no longer want to treat me and have me as a patient, without giving me any reason. This is recognizing that they were unable to make this bridge. They agreed to reimburse the $5,880.00 I… had paid, under the condition that I sign a legal document by which I could not mention to anyone the problems I endured. I did not sign the document. I had to explain everything to the dentist who had to redo the bridge, which he did perfectly within about one month.
