Dr. Rebecca Thompson Berg, DDS

I have 30 years of experience working in the dental field.  The past 9 years have been spent helping to guide and manage the day to day operations with Dr. Chawra.  What I like most about working in dentistry is being a part of the process of changing people’s lives by giving them a smile they’ve always wanted.
Away from the Dental Clinic I enjoy outdoor activities with my husband Mike of 30 years, our daughter Mackenzie and her fiancée Brady, and son Patrick.
Suzy – LDA, CDA and Receptionist
I’ve been working in the dental field for 25 years, the last 18 years in this dental clinic.  I am a licensed, certified dental assistant, but the majority of my time is spent working with the Dr’s schedule, making sure the patients get the care they need in a timely manner.  I love being part of a team that provides beautiful, healthy smiles.
I’ve been married to Mitch for almost 39 years.  We have 3 adult married children and 6 grandchildren.  We enjoy spending our free time on the lake.
Sarah …– Business Assistant
I started in April 2007.  I help with daily dental office tasks.  One of my main tasks is working with dental insurance and the insurance companies.  I enjoy working in our dental office as each day brings new things and I am always learning new things.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.  I have two young boys that keep my husband and I busy.  We like spending most of our time outdoors.
Debbie – Business Assistant
I am new to the dental field.  I started in November 2010 and love learning something new everyday.  The majority of my time is spent on the phone scheduling patients for their preventive care appointments.  I also take care of ordering all supplies needed for the office.  Talking and shopping two of my favorite things.  I love smiles, they are addictive and what better place to see them.
Outside of work my 6 year old son keeps me very busy.  He recently started playing soccer which we are both really enjoying.  We are looking forward to the warm weather and spending lots of time outside.
Kathy – RDH (Hygienist) 
I have been in the dental field 35 years, started shortly after getting married and moving to Waseca.  I am a hygienist and work directly with patients.  I also like to keep up with office infection control and radiation compliance and do staff training on these subjects.  I have always been interested in health care and science.  I was first interested in dietetics and my first job was in  a hospital kitchen, my second job was in a  dental office and that dentist guided me into dental hygiene.  I love helping people have healthy beautiful smiles.
I have been married to Andy, a native of Hartland, Mn., for 35 years.  We have 3 grown children.
Keith,  a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, works in internet marketing and analytics.
Reid, a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, works at St. Thomas as a software developer.
Paige is a new graduate of the Carlson School of Management, currently job hunting.
I have interests in health and exercise, home decorating, and current events.  I am also active in Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Sandy – RDH (Hygienist)  
I have been a dental hygienist for over 30 years.  I enjoy working with patients to give them optimal care and instruction to keep their teeth for a lifetime.  Working with Dr. Chawra in an office where patient care is such a high priority has been very rewarding for me.
I was born and raised in Waseca and now farm with my husband Glen, SE of Waseca.  Our daughters, Jill and Karen are both married and live in the Milwaukee area.  We also have 3 grandchildren we love to spend time with.
Jennifer – RDH (Hygienist)  
I have 16 years of dental hygiene experience.  As a hygienist, I specialize in oral hygiene with our patients in a team approach to maintain over all dental health.
