Rebecca Warrington is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 20 years of experience providing therapy to adults and couples tackling life’s challenges. Her expertise stems from an international client base helping those with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, work-related stress, women’s issues, and other life transitions. Author, speaker, broadcaster, and mindfulness authority, Rebecca draws upon her deep knowledge to form a distinctive mind-body approach working with clients. Rebecca completed a Master of Social Work, together with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University.
