Excellent knowledge and advice; great problem solver; not high in hand holding or warmth, but she is who I trust with my health issues

I was truly shocked by her lack of warmth/empathy. She made absolutely no effort to be friendly or welcoming as this was our first meeting. She was recommended to me, so I agreed to the 8 month wait time for an appointment, but her cold demeanor was so disappointing I won't be returning. Maybe I just caught her on a bad day?

Dr. Trochmann is a courteous caring Dr. I have been seeing her for 20 years. She is often hurried because of her case load. Diagnosis is usually right and is quick to refer to a specialist. The real delight in this office is Kim her medical assistant. Ask her, and it will get done!

when I need to see a doctor I do not like to be told that will be 2 weeks I feel in all my years with doctors her response and caring was in the toilet.in one year I seen her once and was told go to the clinic. never again will I be bothered by a person like her and her set up.so sad . how can you say she is a 5 star doctor .Id give her a 1 the way her office is run her staff was wonderful except they screwed up on my order of meds twice.no thanks

I have been with Dr T for over 15 years. She is my cheerleader when I am trying to lose weight and scolds me when I need to pay more attention to myself. She gives me hugs for my achievements and offers great alternatives and choices.I have never felt more cared for. In the few cases where I have had to wait for her or she has been in a hurry I understand that it is because she is giving the same care and undivided attention she gives me.Love her!!

She's one of the better doctors I've seen. She' so good, it's hard to get in to see her sometimes. I don't have any critial health problems so it's no big deal, but if I did, I'd trust her with my health.
