Horrible doctors office i do not recommend this place to anyone

Its so bad that I have no words to tell

Very bad and lazy staff. 3 Months and I didn’t get my medicine because they didn’t call the Pharmacy & when they do , it’s not covered by Insurance and they can’t contact my Insurance & Pharmacy.

He’s rude staff is rude! Does not care for his patients at all! Never have I ever seen a doctor so rude and careless as Recto Delon!

It is my first time to write a review about something because I think it is important to say something true about the staff of Dr. Deleon. The staff is not helpful and they always make mistakes that cause bad results to the patients.There is a girl there who is very rude and she almost never accomplish her duties, carelessness, and she had many quarrels with patients and I do not know how Dr Deleon is still accepting her in his office. moreover, she always talk in impolite way with people who do not accept her mistakes and her bad behavior. and she does not show any kind of respect.

I don't leave reviews usually but this Physican practice is the worst and most poorly run office I have ever experienced. The staff is extremely clueless. I can not even get a simple prescription refilled without a month after month battle. They tell me the request fell into the wrong portal?? Whatever that means. It's supposed to be a simple automatic refills through Walgreens. This office messes it up every single month when I already have orders for refills. Phone calls always go to the Medical Exchange and messages are rarely returned, sometimes weeks later. It is nearly impossible to speak with someone in their office. I've had in the past had to correct them and almost instruct them what to do next (referrals, prescriptions, follow-ups.) Explain what their job duties entail. They must have a high turnover rate because it appears as if nobody knows what they are doing in this office. Dr. De Leon and staff treats you like a number in this office. $50 cash charge if you miss an… appointment. I think they are way over-capacity in their number of patients and can not meet their proffesiinal responsibilities. It appears this office is worried about their botton-line cashflow and must have too many patients. I strongly recomend staying away from this office. Look at the other reviews. I agree with previous reviews that this place should be shut down. Headache after headache trying to deal with this uproffesional office.. ..i will contact the State Board! TERRIBLE OFFICE!

I like Dr Deleon for his efficiency. He is very respectful and just gets down to business and I like that. He quickly asks me what is wrong or what brings me here. Then works at solving anything I need.
