I do not recommend Dr. Day.

Dr Day did a great job of turning my nightmare into a reality. His assistant had to argue with him over a piece of tooth that he broke in my mouth still being stuck in my gums as he tried to move on to sutures. He insulted and belittled me through my entire procedure. He hurt part of the roof of my mouth that was not numbed, yanked my face when I began to struggle and told me I was like a child for trying to tell him he was hurting me. He pulled two wisdom teeth. One is healing fine but the other won't let me swallow, talk, and I could not get it to stop bleeding for hours. According to him and his assistant this is all my fault. Everyone in the office minus Michelle is very short tempered, impatient, rude, and I never want to go back. If I get an infection or feel like I NEED a follow up I'll be going elsewhere because I don't want him anywhere near my mouth ever again. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever, and if a friend tells me that they plan to go to… him I'll be quick to try to talk them out of it. so disappointing because I had high hopes for this place after a positive consultation.

Was a jerk to me

He told me I must be crazy as I had a jaw bone infection which he failed to diagnose. I was terrified and he was nasty to me

I was nervous and they had one lady dedicated to holding my hand and ensuring I was comfortable.

Dr. Day is a horrible surgeon. Not only because his lack of skill, but also he's unethical. I had a bilateral joint replacement done by him to correct my TMJ and the results were terrible. I ended up with an open bite and overjet on both the front and left side, and my jaw still has some problems after my surgery. The open bite on the left side is so huge that it causes many problems for me, and even prosthodontists can't fix this for me. I also had lower jaw surgery done by him because he claimed my bite was not stable, but he didn't even know the basics of jaw surgery. My lower jaw became so long I looked like Jay Leno. There was a very obvious line across my chin as well and my flesh grew into that groove, and to top it all off, my jaw was crooked. He also sewed my lower lip so low that I had trouble closing my mouth, and my mouth became crooked and half the size it used to be.

I only wish I could give Dr. Day and his colleagues in the office a greater number of stars......they are simply brilliant. The office itself is very, very well organized, pleasant, prompt. Dr. Day is a magnitude greater than 5 stars. I had an extraction today. I had a wisdom tooth extracted some months ago. The results were perfect in every way. I would (and have) recommended him to everyone I know.

I have been left in permanent pain after Dr. Day performed 3 impacted wisdom teeth extraction on me. Because of this, I can't chew or sleep correctly. I kept paying him almost 2k in cash for all subsequent clean ups he recommended. When I asked Dr. Day for a refund so I could correct the problems, he said, "All contact should now be with his office manager." I understand dentistry is risky and things can go wrong, but how a doctor acts when they do go wrong is critical, and he lied and denied, blamed the patient, and tried to rid himself of the patient instead of acknowledging his own obvious error. Because of his errors and treatment I am in excruciating pain and dysfunction. When I asked other doctors why this happened to me, they said "no planning". Day admitted he didn't print any x ray. He just shows up the day of surgery and starts cutting teeth and bone.All of this goes to show his sloppy, haphazard approach.

I’m 75 years old. Needed to have a larger broken molar extracted. He said it would take 18 seconds.....it actually took 20 seconds. A couple of fast stitches and I was out of there! No pain during the procedure and only need a couple of Tylenol afterwards. Thanks Dr. Day!

"Dr." Reed had extremely rude bedside manner during my wisdom tooth extraction. He treated me like a peasant and made extremely rude and inappropriate comments for a medical professional simply because I was afraid of the anesthesia needle. He puts up fake reviews on google and responds to every bad review claiming the person leaving it was never a patient. He did this to me, and had his PR manager personally message me claiming to be malicious and fake and that I needed to take my review down. However, I met the PR manager (Bodie Hull) in person b/c they saw my review and wanted me to take it down. Do not trust this doctor or this team.
