Dr. Reed Loring Levine, MD

I had such a hard year during COVID at its worst. Struggled with my back pain and also personal losses due to every thing going on. The one blessing was that I had a caring smart doctor to help me deal with my physical afflictions so I could focus on taking care of my family.

I have left 2 messages for over a week requesting for assistance. No one returns phone call, finally get to speak to someone who is giving me a list of things I need to prepare to be able to get appointment, and not sure why she hang up on me while I verify the list of information got given. I am surprised with the way I was treated. Or maybe I should not tell them that I have not received call back from them to began with??

Not Dr. Reed himself but an NP never returned my call, after leaving 4 messages. I felt as though my pain was not taken seriously for this to be a pain mgmt. center. I am in the process of getting an appt. with a Dr.

I was 5 minutes late due to parking issue and they would not take me in to see doctor. How many times have you had to wait for the doc to see you.?

After 8 failed back surgeries by other doctors, Dr. Levine was the first to ever really listen to me. I am now pain free for the first time in 15+ years! He is the best!

I had such anxiety about meeting ANOTHER doctor (I already have five I see all the time) but AM SO GLAD I MET DR LEVINE!!!! I can tell he thinks about things a lot more than some others do and took more time to explain stuff in one visit than most other doctors did over a year. He gave me a bunch of good options no one else offered before and I really liked his approach.

Always treats me with respect and gives me The time I need. Caring and smart guy who's helped me A lot!

I really respect this guy. You could see some of the patients there, maybe because they were in pain, treated the staff and the doctors rudely and were very demanding but he was kind and nice and put a lot of thought into everything. One of my most positive experiences ever with a doctor and it looks like he has to deal with a lot of really rude people sometimes.

I was in such bad shape my doctors gave up on me. Dr. Levine installed a "stimulator" and I've been 80-90% better for months. He's a wonderful man, with a warm heart and very kind.

Finally a doc who figured out what was wrong, explained it in words that aren't greek and actually helped me get better!
