Dr. Reema Jalali, MD

My annual doctor visits were great with Dr. Jalali but I recently got into a car accident were I was rearended and went to Dr. Jalali immediately. She took 10 minutes to assess the problem subscribe me some muscle relaxers and immflamatory medicine and sent me on my way. The medicine I recieved did not seem to help with extreme pains I felt/feel or relax my muscles in my neck shoulders and mid back going up my spine. I've call the doctor's office several times the next day, finally getting in touch with an nurse assistant who left my doctor a note that day and said she should reply today or in the morning. I called the next day midday after hearing no reply and spoke with the nurse assistant who said she hasn't recieved a reply as of yet and she will call me back with a reply. Later that after noon I recieved a phone call that the doctor prescribed a stronger dose of muscle relaxers I can pick it up and if that doesnt improve in 2 days make a appointment to come in, meanwhile I'm in… still in a lot of pain. I called my lawyer, he immediately setup a phyical therapyist appointment with a chiropractor and same day the found a that part of my neck was out of alignment and needed x-rays, which to me seem pretty serious. I think Dr. Jalali should have requested I recieved x-rays and should have followed up with me as a pacient. It has been 12 days and I still have not recieved a phone call or anything else regarding the car accident. Overall, I'm disappointed with Dr. Jalali for not going through the x-rays from the beginning, the slow response time to answers/ no response time, and the lack of concern for any follow ups that come after a visit due to an car accident. I'm very disappointed. :(

The best doctor thus far. Patient, thorough and most importantly listens. She seems to b e really caring too.

Dr. Jalali is thorough, personable and, most importantly, an accurate diagnostician. She takes her time, she asks questions and she listens to your answers. You will not find a more competent doctor or a nicer person than Dr. Jalali.
