Dr. Reenu Sara Eapen, MD

We met Dr Eapen when it was discovered our daughter had a heart defect in utero. She is amazing!! She was with us throughout our pregnancy, delivery and through her heart surgery at 3 1/2 months. So caring, dedicated and knowledgeable. She loved our Elizabeth like her own. We unfortunately moved out of Texas, but we can't put into words how thankful we are for her ??

Dr Eapen is awesome she made sure to go ovewhat tail and what would happen what might not happen she made sure we knew everything before and after surgery. And she is great with my daughter could not ask for a better doctor.

Dr. Eapen is one of the best doctors you will ever come across. Our son is a patient of hers. He was detected with a VSD prior to birth. She educated us on the condition, explained the risks and helped us be prepared, as one could be. He came on a Saturday, and Dr. Eapen personally visited us at the hospital on a Sunday, even though this was not required (she could've just see the echo results) A month in, our son wasn't gaining weight as much as she would've like him to; she was regularly in touch (over the phone) with our Pediatrician to ensure they're on the same page (even our Pediatrician was pleasantly surprised by this). Our son was able to catch up and is doing well. We still have a long way to go, but Dr. Eapen treats him like he's a blood relative. Words just can't justify her knowledge or passion - she is an angel, personified. I hope your child doesn't need to see a cardiologist, but if it comes down to that, you can be assured (s)he will get the best treatment by… her.
