Dr. Reese Aulton Steen, DDS

Made disparaging comments about my personal lifestyle. Very disrespectful.

Came to Dr. Steen for a second opinion. First dentist said two caps necessary. Dr. Steen filled two cavities and saved me $1700 of unneeded work. Thorough and polite.

I waited 2 1/2 hours for a dental appointment to happen- it never did. The office had a dentist called out of town, so things would have to be rearranged. I was reassured that my wait would not be long- but it was. The dentist finally looked at the x-rays I supplied from a different dentist. I was then told to make an appointment. Don't waste time or money at this place. I could have been told at any time by the receptionist to reschedule because the dentist I had made the appointment with was out of town and I would have to be fit in, but that kindness was way beyond the ability of the office worker. The dentist glanced at my xrays and then charged me $60.
