Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare:I wanted to be a physician since I was 5 years old. As I progressed in school, I enjoyed the sciences and had a desire to help people, so medicine was the perfect career for me.What I want my patients to know about me:I want my patients and their parents (since I'm a pediatrician) to know that I absolutely love spending my day with children. I find it a great honor to take care of their medical needs and contribute to their well-being. What I do when I'm not seeing patients:I greatly enjoy travelling and learning about other cultures through first-hand experiences. I also enjoy pleasure reading, listening to music, spending time with family, and crocheting.
