Dr Butteris examined a bruise on my 2 year old the school found. She was certain an adult slapped him although it was a small bruise on his ear with no hand/finger marks. Turns out once the school reviewed their video footage from the day before he has got hit in that exact spot by another little kid with a large block and cried for a long time holding his ear in pain. The teachers never saw it happen due to not paying attention. We almost got in trouble for child abuse based off of her wrong professional opinion. Thank heavens for the video. She was way off and not once apologized for making the wrong assumptions and accusations. Think how many other people she has accused of things that they did not do. People could go to jail over stuff like this or lose their kids. She should not be in this line of work. She also has horrible bedside manner and was rude to my child who was 2.
