I feel that Dr Eum rushed through my appointments. it was as though she could not give me the time I needed because she had other patients waiting. the clincher was that she prescribed a medication that she should not prescribed because I have a documented allergy to a sulfa antibiotic. this only shows that she needs to slow down, be careful and spend time with her patients

She was thorough in her exam. Patient in explaining options and reasons for condition. Follow-up was just as thorough. She diagnosed a nerve condition that many previous doctors missed. Her suggested treatment has worked wonders for me

Regina Eum, M.D. is a god sent, terrific M.D. who is very nice and shows a lot of concern for her patients. First I am not originally from the Springfield area I am a New Yorker through and through, I am here finishing my schooling. I have been here now about 5 years and never had a need to see a M.D. in this area. I will briefly opine in part on the Springfield areas M.D.â??s that I have seen with my girilfriend and give brief examples before talking directly about Dr. Eum. I have been on many appointments with my girlfriend for support and advocacy. I have lived in several areas of the United States and at this point, in my experience, Springfield has some of the worse M.D. I have ever seen. Horrible bed side manners and M.D.â??s that I truly feel do not care at all for their patient nor care to figure out whatâ??s wrong with them. I will share some brief examples and in part some of my favorite responses. Over the year getting treatment for girlfriendâ??s spine and hip by some… M.D.â??s stated that my girlfriend should act more like a â??cavemenâ?? walking barefoot bending and hunching over to pick things up, this in turn will strengthen her back. As well as, some M.Dâ??s who have stated directly to us that they are willing to see my girlfriend even though they feel there is nothing that can be done to help her, nor are they willing to try any new types of treatment. As well as, just assigning her different variations of pain medications to reduce and manage her pain levels. Finally, the M.D.â??s have conflicting diagnoses, for instance she was diagnosed with scoliosis and several other M.D.â??s have refuted this diagnoses. However, the worse is when my girlfriend ask if she had this diagnoses, and she gets a nasty mean response about it. My girlfriend stated she â??felt embarrassed and ashamed that she was inquiring about her own medical condition.â?? As stated above, I am a New Yorker I have never seen this level of negligent and horrible treatment with M.D.â??s. First time I met Dr. Eum was at my girlfriendâ??s first appointment. At the time I was growing annoyed with the doctors in the Springfield area. My girlfriend has a whole host of physical impairments with her back and hip and we have seen several specialist in the area prior to Dr. Eum, which led to no relief. At this point my girlfriend has been in pain to the point of tears, as well as, scared because she nor the medical field knew what was wrong with her. Dr. Eum was extremely nice and had my girlfriend try different types of therapy for relief. This was something that she had not gotten anywhere else up until this point. My girlfriend only had a few months of treatment with Dr. Eum, but in those few months my girlfriend tried more treatment methods then she had in the past 3 years, with other specialist. Dr. Eum is a doctor who truly cares. Even though my girlfriend saw mild relief from most of the treatment, the most important aspect was Dr. Eum was able to clear up a majority of my girlfriends medical diagnoses. Including, resolving an issues that had been question marked for several years. My girlfriend was overcome with joy and tears when she finally learned what her impairments were and what her condition is. This has been something she has not known before because of misdiagnoses and conflicting medical reports.
