Dr. Regina Elizabeth Hammock, DO

Horrible. Rude. Not interested in doing her job. We have taken our mom to LMC NE Urgent Care twice in a few months and both times unfortunately saw "Dr." Hammock. Yesterday, when she came into the exam room, she "greeted" us with literally only the words, "What do you want from me?" Mom said, "well, I think I have a UTI" to which the doctor said, with an eye roll, "You do. I can't do anything about that." I asked, "you can't prescribe an antibiotic for a UTI?" The doc's response: "Nothing that will work. You need to go to the hospital. You do know that we are just an office, right? Not a hospital?" Just ridiculous and rude. The time before she told us that they don't see heart patients. Mom was not there for a heart attack. She was there for UTI /kidney stone symptoms. But again, she sent us to the hospital and told us we never should have come there. Prior to Dr. Hammock's working there, we have had good experiences at LMC NE Urgent Care, but now we need to find another place to go.… Honestly doesn't deserve the one star.

Dr. Hammock was attentive, caring and gave me confidence. She conducted a thorough examination quickly, called my doctor (even though it was after midnight) to discuss my condition and expeditiously addressed my needs.
