I feel so lucky that I found Dr. Regina Melchor during my cancer treatment. There were days when I felt scared and overwhelmed, and talking with her made a real difference. She listened without judgment, helped me work through my fears, and always made me feel understood. I never felt rushed, and I always left our sessions feeling a little lighter and more hopeful. What I appreciated most was how much she genuinely cared. She treated me with so much kindness that I never felt like just another patient. If you’re going through cancer and thinking about talking to someone, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Melchor. She is compassionate, thoughtful, and truly exceptional. It was suggested to see this dr during cancer treatment. She called me the wrong name, referred to my plural children (I only have one) and actually made an appointment with me that she didn’t show up for. I saw her twice and when she didn’t show for the third, I never went back. She never reached out either. I also felt rushed in her office as the appointments lasted 40-45 minutes. Not enough time in my opinion.

Dr. Regina treated me at Baptist Hospital during a breast cancer treatment. She helped me a lot, listened to my concerns, gave me suggestions that really made me saw the life with another perspective. She was always caring for patients. If you are looking for a psychologist, she is the right one. I wish her a beautiful future.
