Dr. Regina Pongos Quinain, MD

Dr. Regina Quinain is a family medicine physician who has dedicated 35 years to providing comprehensive healthcare to patients and families. She earned her medical degree from Cebu Institute of Medicine and completed her residency training at St Francis Hospital.
