I am a Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) and I am certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). I use EMDR for trauma. I use CBT most of the time. Sometimes I use an eclectic approach. I believe everyone has the potential to be healthier. I believe in demonstrating unconditional positive regard.
