Dr. Reginald Paul Mcmanus, MD

I moved to Florida two years ago. Haven't been able to find a GP yet. Unfortunately I was spoiled back in Virginia, where I had the best doctor, Reginald McManus. He always made me feel cared about. Took the time to listen and was an excellent diagnostician. Kind-hearted, with a personal touch that's hard to find anywhere nowadays. GREAT doctor; wish I could meet with him again!

Dr. McManus was my personal physician, and my faher's and also, my daughter's, as his son, Chris joined him in the office. I am thrilled to offer my review, and hope he will remember me. His hair is white now, and my own is catching up. Love and regards to Dr. Mcmanus and Dr. Chris.

I have visited this office for annual physicals for the past 6 years. Reginald McManus' judgement is practical and I never felt rushed. However, despite his best intentions and down to earth nature of this practice. This Father and Son team practice has not evolved logistically to keep up with even the most basic functions that would allow this quaint family business to deliver amazing customer service at every stage and be be transparent, well publicized and operationally streamlined. As a business owner myself, I worry that because they dont invest in the basics in any aspect of their business, it makes me wonder whether they invest in continuing education in themselves to keep up with the latest medical advances. This inefficiency makes their overall operations appear overtaxed and overwhelmed. The doctors don't seem to listen to their staff's feedback either. Perhaps they should survey their patients and ask for feedback before they have to resort to posting online complaints...

I was pleasantly surprise at the level of care and the throughness of my annual exam. Dr McManus even personally telephoned to provide the (good results) of my exam. My former doctor would sent a statement in the mail if there were no issues.
