Dr. Rehan Ahmed, MD

The entire staff, especially the receptionist, are some of the rudest I have ever encountered. They lack compassion, understanding and communication between patients and staff. I spent days trying to get thru to a person to pick up contact lens and no one would answer the phone. I then proceeded to drive 6 hours to Houston for my appointment for the contacts and fitting only to be told they had no arrived. The clinic knew I did not live in town, that I had an appointment to pick up the lens and still did not have the decency to call to tell me that they had not arrived and that it would be better for me not to come. I had attempted to call on several occasion before making the drive to verify but I could not get thru. I made the drive regardless since my eye issue is a big problem and they a booked for months. Upon arrival the staff had no compassion for my situation, were extremely rude, and tried to make it seem like the situation was my fault. Don't COME HERE!!
