Dr. Reihaneh Derafsh

I decided to give Dr. Derafsh a chance when my previous doctor left the practice. Not only does Dr. Derafsh frequently cancel appointments at the last minute, when you do finally see her she never seems to know what tests she has ordered, where to find your test results, barely makes eye contact with her patient and seems generally very disinterested in the patient in general. She has acted confused when I've asked about important test results like she didn't know she ordered the tests and where to find the results. It feels like she's there to tick the boxes on the EHR and send you on your way. This does not foster trust in a doctor patient relationship. She is better on telehealth than she is in person, which is not a great quality in a primary care provider. This is not the level of care I got used to receiving with the previous physician at the practice.
