Dr. Reinerio Linares, MD

Writing lots of notes in his computer, not much time spent talking to me. When I asked him a question, he shushed me while he continued typing his notes. He gave me a number of prescriptions to try, none of which had any effect on my breathing quality.

He speak Perfect Spanish too

I have been a patient of Dr. Linares before he started his own practice and have always been satisfied with my experiences. He takes his time to listen to me and never makes me feel like I'm just a number by rushing in and out. Yes he sometimes runs behind but that's because he cares about each and every patient he sees. His office manager Ruthie is fabulous! She always makes you feel important and also listens to your needs. I would not think of going anywhere else.

Office is supposedly 9 am to 5 pm called at 3:50pm and was asked to call back in 10 min. only to find out that office staff had turned phone over to the answering service only to have them explain that staff was having high phone call volume and were busy and I'd have to call the next morning. Although it was 4:10 pm and office doesn't close until 5 pm. Office staff have promised to mail our SD card to us within two days and we have had to call and remind them several times only to receive our SD card 2 months after promised. Arrived for an appt. first thing in the morning only to find office staff had lost key to office and was sitting outside office in hallway and I had to wait 45 min. for Dr. to arrive. Although being the first patient scheduled for the day the office was already running 45, actually 50 minutes late for my appt. and for any other patients coming in. Staff is never available when you call I am always asked to call back at a later time. Office is completely… understaffed and needs major training regarding how a reputable office is run. If your gonna run a reputable practice at least hire a competent staff! Absolutely the worst office I have ever been a part of. The other two members of my family who also go to this office completely agree. Will be looking for a new Dr.'s office ASAP.

I find myself waiting waiting waiting and the office staff does not care. Actively disengaged.

PROMTNESS/COURTEOUS STAFF, ACCURATE DIAGNOSIS I DID NOT HAVE TO WAITE MORE THAN 20 MINUTES THAN HE SPENT GOOD BIT TIME WITH ME I HAVE COPD LUNG DISEASE IHAVE BEEN GOING TO SEE HIM MORE THAN 7 YEARS I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS

I had to wait 1 hour and a half for my 3 PM appt. and he didn't even have the courtesy to apoligize. He checked my lungs for a few minutes, then said "it's good that you're hanging in there.

Do not go to this lowlife of a doctor! Worst Dr. I have ever been to! This guy should lose his license, I'm amazed he hasn't yet.
