Dr. Rekha Hari Nair, MD

Firstly, it was almost impossible to get an appointment with her. When I finally saw her she was misinformed about a condition I had and refused to see reason even though I had seen the foremost authority and been cured by him (I had a tumor). She went on to instruct me with what the specialist i had seen told me was gross misinformation and belittled me about it when I dared to try and correct her. I told her who I had seen and she very nearly rolled her eyes and treated me like an idiot. She was incredibly rude the entire appointment.

I hesitantly switched from a UMASS based physician to Reliant. After my first visit with Dr. Nair I was RAVING to family and friends as I have never had a physician who listened so intently or cared so much about my health. I love the fact that I can speak to her when needed. With my last physician the office made it IMPOSSIBLE to speak directly to her. I didn't feel a connection and felt more like a #$#$ with my last physician. My last Dr. office I had, on several occasions, sat in the exam room from 10, 15 to as many as 45 to 1.5 HOURS!! NO LIE!!, waiting. What made me even angrier is that no one every came in to let me know what was going on and when the Dr. came in she didn't even apologize. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. NAIR - Have never waited more than 5 minutes, NEVER and even at that I received an unnecessary apology! The office staff as well as nurses and NP's are just as fabulous. You will not be disappointed!
