Dr. Rekha S Patel, MD

I am very grateful to have Dr. R. Patel as my primary care doctor. She is calm, encouraging, and truly listens, ensuring that no concern is overlooked or dismissed. She explains everything clearly in plain, understandable language and takes the time to encourage discussion and patient input. Most importantly, her approach is focused on healing and solutions rather than fear. She provides compassionate, professional care and is deeply committed to her patients’ well-being. The entire staff, from reception to the lab, is courteous, professional, and welcoming

I had my appointment with Dr Patel she went over all of my concerns and got updated on all my needs it was VERY helpful. She had suggestions for me to follow up on which I did . Dr Pates is very easy to communicate with.

It was a good visit I just don't understand why I have to wait five weeks for blood work to be done thats the part of a first time appointment but she was very nice so far helpful

Dr.Patel was pleasant & thorough during my annual exam. She was easy to talk with, asked if I had any questions & listened & responded to my questions thoughtfully & fully. She also reviewed information from other doctors relative to previous conditions to ensure that I had the care I needed. Wait time was average for what I usually experience. But she did apologize for the wait (which as I said wasn’t more than ten minutes). I’m very satisfied with her care.

Dr patel is patient and knowledgeable. She takes her time with you.

The entire experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The staff was friendly and efficient and Dr. Rekha Patel was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the clinic feeling confident in the care I received.

She was my primary care doctor from age 6-18. I always trusted her judgment because she was my doctor but never should've. I dealt with a series of problems that she would brush under the rug. When I was in middle school I was complaining about unexplained weight gain and mood swings. she did a blood test and saw I had low thyroid levels and Hashimoto's a serious autoimmune condition. She told me everything was fine and when I was 18 I could see an endocrinologist since there wasn't a good pediatric one around. Then when I finally saw an endocrinologist they put me on medication and also noticed a vitamin D difficulty that she never mentioned. Then I had issues with GERD and she just put me on medication and told me there was no need to see a specialist to be diagnosed. She was wrong because when I did they diagnosed me with a serious of stomach issues one of which was celiacs disease since I had the signs of it. Something my doctor never saw the signs for. When I told her I had been… diagnosed with celiacs she said "It's no big deal even airplanes offer gluten-free food nowadays!" she also told me that have a little gluten here and there is fine if I don't have bad stomach pain. VERY WRONG. any amount of gluten causes an autoimmune response in someone with celiac disease and to a 17-year-old changing their diet for the rest of their lives IS a big deal! She seemed to never have enough time to meet with me and was always rushing me out of her office not listening to my concerns. I wish I knew this when I saw the signs when I was younger. She doesn't really understand the role of a primary care doctor and sure doesn't give you a reason to trust her "judgment".

This Doctor is one of the Worst - please don't take your child to this person. I am surprised that her licence is not taken away from her. She is very very sweet to talk to but she only see dollar signs when dealing with her patients. My daughter had a problem and I took her to this lady. She gave wrong medication - my daughter got worst and then when I took her to another doctor, he said she has a very bad infection and prescribed antibiotics. When children come to her with possible flu, she takes saliva test and says to call her after 3 or 4 days for results. I have found a wonderful doctor but worry about other children that are under this doctor's - Rekha Patel's care.

Horrible experience

I went to see Dr. Patel after having a bad experience at another Dr's office. She was a breath of fresh air. She answered all of my questions & was very patient with me. I look forward to my next appt. I was quite impressed with her overall knowledge.
