rude, dismissive, kept interrupting me, and hyper aggressive. she gaslit me about my symptoms and didn't listen to me.

The doctor ordered a sonogram and she will then tell me her recommendation based on the results of the sonogram. I did the sonogram and never hear back from the doctor again. I called the office like 10 time and they are giving me different stories of why I am not getting the results of the sonogram or anything from the doctor. I don't know what is going on with this practice but I had never experience this kind of bad service from a Doctor.

My primary care doctor wanted me to see Dr Gupta as I have male hypogonadism and take an injection of testosterone twice monthly. I needed to see here to keep it balanced and monitored. I finally got a call from her office and after trying to explain why I needed to see her I was rudely told she is not that type of Endo dr. Yet it says on her page it is one of her areas. Not sure what the issue was unless she doesn't see older people then she should list age limit on patients. I know she or her staff wont see this but hopefully someone will and have some answers. I told them I was sorry I bothered them and hung up after the call.

Disappointed! I was impressed with my first meeting with Dr. Gupta. However, hypothyroidism during pregnacy needs special attention, frequent appts and follow-up, which she and her office seem to neglect. It can lead to complications and more importantly affect the baby's development. She told me to come back in a month. Her office would only give me an appointment 3 months out. That is too late to magage the condition during pregnacy.

I have never been made as uncomfortable as this woman made me feel. After 10 minutes talking to her, she made me feel as if my complaints were all in my head. More disappointing that I had hope in not just a doctor but a female doctor who hopefully had emotions and hormones.

I had another serious illness when I started seeing Dr. Gupta. She and her staff were very sympathetic to my needs. She really helped me get my blood sugar under control. She always gave me the time and attention I needed. I had been to a few endocrinologists and she was the best.

Awful even our insurance dropped her. She is burned out, looks half asleep out of boredom when you speak to her. Wasted my time when the 24 hr urine came back, she knew the lab didn't record the volume, But told me that after the copay was taken. She is really burned out, yet her waiting room was always empty when I came in. Save your co-pay save your time don't bother with her.
