doesn't spend enough time with her patients. I'm seeing another dermatologist who is very caring, even called to tell me not to be nervous with my scheduled appointment with him.

I should have listened to the reviews. First time I was there I waited 45 mins. I chalked it up to being my first visit. Okay fine. This time I called to confirm my appt and they told me I didn't schedule one. I explained I had the appt card and it was in my phone. After some back and forth with the receptionist, she told me to arrive early and they would take me. I waited an hour and 15 minutes for dr brand to see me! Another patient came in and said she was in a rush and they took her next and her appt scheduled was 35 mins after mine! The 2 receptionist are rude and curse the entire time I was waiting there. I counted 13 patients that came after me and left before me. I couldn't believe how unprofessional they were in there. After I finally saw the dr. she took about 30 seconds to tell me she wants to continue using the same antibiotic and see what happens in another month. She told me the rash is caused from sleeping and eating. I cant be the only person in the world that needs to… sleep and eat..... She then had the nurse write down what i currently use for it and the nurse didn't know what cortisone was? I could not believe i wasted over an hour for a 35 second (at most) appoint DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

She rushes through appointments. I've seen her for years and don't know why I kept returning. She has been condescending at times. She treats medical staff like they are beneath her. The office needs to be updated. I always found the front desk pleasant and attentive. Make sure you have an hour or more to waste while waiting to be seen.

Other than a long wait, I found Dr. Brand to be professional, available and accurate. Her opinion regarding my skin condition confirmed a previous doctor's opinion. The prescription she wrote seems to be working. She spent about 45 minutes with me and asked another dermotologist to examine my skin for another opinion.

Dr. Brand has a busy practice due to her popularity, reflecting her skill and knowledge. Itâ??s easy to schedule appointments, but waiting can take a while. This reflects the demand for her services and that patients may need time to address their medical condition. However, Dr. Brand is efficient and doesnâ??t waste time. Due to her wealth of knowledge and experience, she can assess and take care of medical matters quickly. The smart patient brings a list of concerns/issues to present.

I have been going to Dr. Brands for over 15 years for a very serious skin condition - melanoma. I have had a 30 year career in health care and I think she is an excellent diagnostician. My whole family uses her as their dermatologist. She is connected to NYU which has a world class Skin Cancer institute. You wait a while to be seen but I think she is worth the wait

I would not go to see Dr.brand again she is to rough and should not be a doctor. I feel bad for the nurses that work with her. Avoid going to the office at all cost the wait is ridiculous.

I will be going back. She is a good caring doctor.

Wait is crazy at the office and thats just for her spending 1-2 mins with you. Looks like shes always in a rush to see the next patient. ITs so obvious that time is money for her!!!!

Very caring. I had a skin infection and saw her twice in three days to insure that the antibiotic was working. I would strongly recommend her.
