I was not able to get into my regular ENT clinic in Watertown as soon as I wanted as one ENT was booked and the other was on vacation. So, I called around to see where I could get into and still be in network. This clinic came up on my search and I called and was able to get right in on my day off. Renae was very pleasant, caring, knowledgeable, and down to earth. She was able to prescribe other treatments. I learned that they come to my area once a week so I don't have to travel. I would go back to her again if the need arises. I very much appreciate all she did for me. Thanks again for helping me out.

I was esp pleased she was able to do an endoscope and I didn’t need to schedule another time back. She educated me throughout the visit. I appreciated her soft skills and ability to understand my questions . Her skill set and energy level exceeded my expectations. Loved her warmth, confidence, positivity and energy! Grateful she is part of the team!
