Dr. Mayer had prepared in advance for the visit. She walked in the room and knew why I was there and what questions needed to be answered. I appreciated the time she spent educating me and my family. I was very anxious about having a bone marrow biopsy but the detailed explanation helped me understand why it was needed. Dr. Mayer's staff is professional and helpful. We appreciated receiving phone numbers to easily access the staff regarding questions. They were very helpful when we need assistance getting lab bill paid.

I was very nervous when my primary doctor's office called and told me I had a blood problem. Dr. Mayer has a gift for simplifying complicated information and presenting it in a way that the average person can understand. She was kind, compassionate, and very effective in treating my problem.

Dr. Mayer performed a bone marrow biopsy on me. This was my third one and the first by Dr. Mayer. If I need another one, i will only allow her to do it. Her staff was professional and kind. She is very skilled and I had minimal discomfort. She explained everything and even played soothing music during the procedure. Thank you, Dr. Mayer!
