I took my step-son to her twice last week and she was very good. Seems like she really knows her stuff, and her technicians were very good, too.

First off: Dr. Koval is a wonderful chiropractor! It had been my intention to place myself under her care for the chronic Lyme disease I was struggeling with.Before my first appointment I had filled out many pages of information about my status and brought the paperwork with me to my appointment. The front desk signed me in when I confessed to be incompetent on any kind of computer. So the front desk individual signed me in for weeks. Then Covit 19 hit and I did not visit the office for some time. However, after a number of calls from Dr. Koval's office I was convinced that the facility was thoroughly sanitized after each visit. Only now I was required to use the tablet to sign in. No amount of pleading changed that requirement. On my last visitI was the third individual to sign in, the tablet was NOT sanitized after each use. When it was my turn I sincerely tried but each information I supplied came back repeatedly with: "information cannot be found." I asked for pen and paper but… got no reply. So I went to my cartoonishly call the receptionist behind the closed glass window. I did not think it appropriate to carry on this "conversation" in front of the two other clients. Well, this lady who had previously so nice and helpful before, signing me in for weeks on her main computer did not budge. So I guess the moral of the story is: If you are 80 years old, have multiple preconditions but are challenged on computer devices you are denied treatment! I left sad, disappointed and shocked.

Was a client of Dr. Kowal from 2008 to 2010 when I moved to Ohio. Came back to Virginia in Oct. 2018 and resumed visiting with her. She has deep personal care for her clients and constantly works to alleviate pain. My wife and I both look forward to visits with her.
