Once there Was a doctor Who really cared. Voted one of the top 10 doctors in the capital region. Alas my doctor for a decade. But what changes a wonderful doctor over a long time period? HMOs ? billing pressures? Burnout? You can forgive the little things the office staff does . But When your wonderful primary care doctor Begins to treat you poorly, you have to make a choice for your health. “Derelict of duty “ Being called by her staff and told not to come in for appointments when I am sick (including having trouble breathing) because that’s not “her department”. Being told I have an eating disorder when I have documentation of dysmotility . Refusing to coordinate my multiple issues The final straw was being questioned Dr mazzei asked me sarcastically “Who did You talk to on the phone at the call center? “ She literally asked me “What was his name? “ Dr mazzei is a good person but I wouldn’t recommend her for atypical or unusual cases.

She is truly amazing. Takes the time to listen, and actually hear. Has a great sense of humor and kind heart to go along with that. Winning combo I'd say. =^..^=

Don’t get an early appt she’s always running late rushes you in and out and doesn’t listen to your concerns

Dr Mazzei is a wonderful thorough Dr. Shes been my physician for many years, I followed her from her Glenville office to clifton park. I absolutley love her!

I started seeing Dr. Maze I last year and I love her! She is very easy to talk to and takes her time with the appointment. The office staff is great too

This is a do nothing doctor. She refers everything out. She spent 5 minutes telling me she only had 15 minutes for me and my case was too involved and the list of referrals began....er for one thing, endocrinologist, etc. doc in er said to us don't they take care of anything up there??? I found her rude and dismissive, however after doing nothing she did charge for full office call.

I switched my daughter to Dr. Mazzei's care on the recommendation of a family member. So happy I did. She is just lovely and her whole staff is so nice to work with. Dr. Mazzei is very caring and compassionate. I am very happy we switched.

Words can not describe how amazing dr mazzei is!!!!! Love her and her staff! She's Like family!

She is the best and caring doctor you can ever have,she turns into your best friend at the end o your visit she is soooo caring. From her patient that loves her!!!!!

I had to wait 24 hours to get my meds, that was not a good thing. I started my prednisone and azithromycin at 1:00 p.m. today. This is amazing 9 hours later I'm breathing with ease, not coughing, and besides the super sore ribs from coughing, well I think I'm going to make it again. Thanks to you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
