Dr. Renato Verano Fajardo, MD

Dr. Renato Fajardo is an internal medicine and family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from the University of Santo Tomas Faculty of Medicine and Surgery. With nearly five decades of clinical experience, he brings extensive expertise to comprehensive patient care across multiple age groups.
