Dr. Renee Anderson

Renee Anderson is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. She is purposeful and passionate about helping individuals at all life stages address and conquer challenges. Renee specializes in treating depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, motivational issues, and the fallout caused by major life transitions. Renee completed her Master's degree in Agency Counseling at Gardner Webb University and has diverse experience in helping individuals at all life stages. Renee spent 15 years in a hospital setting performing emergency evaluations, case management, and social work interventions. Primarily, she uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but also is eclectic in her approach, incorporating mindfulness and solutions-focused (SFT) interventions as needed.
