Horrible!

My husband says Dr. A is the first doctor he has seen in 14 years since his car accident who has taken him seriously and listens to his issues. She is kind, caring and does her homework to learn what she needs to do to be helpful with work related paperwork. She takes good care of him and it makes a world of difference when your physician truly wants to help you and make you feel better.

First time I saw her was to get a prescription re-fill. They never sent it over and I had to call multiple times to get it sent over, so I was completely out of my medication. I found a friend of a friend that worked at the practice. I said I'd give her another chance. So when I needed another refill I left a message on the line where it said it could take up to 72 hours to process. That's fine, I called plenty in advance, but I asked just that they call me when they called it in. No one called, so I called back and just asked them to call me and let me know if my prescription was sent. Still no call, so I called back again and clicked the #1 option to talk to a person. That person saw all the notes saying that I asked to be called back and couldn't believe no one had contacted me. I will be changing doctors immediately.

very approachable doctor.

I've only gone to see this doctor three times, but the times that I did were unfortunately very far from enjoyable. I had problems getting prescription refills that I needed from her and she didn't really listen to my problems very well. She also made me a bit wrong on my second visit, saying that I was supposed to do something from the last visit, that I didn't really recall having to do. She hadn't given me specific instructions to do so, by my recollection. She seemed to have trouble comprehending the problems I was having and I had to explain a lot.

I have seen dr argubano for approximately a year and she has met my needs and has been avalable on short notice.

Where to start? Between the cold office staff, to the long wait time, to her sharing way too much personal information, to her telling me she doesn't like to look at vaginas, to her walking in while I'm getting dressed, exposing my shirtless body to the entire nurse's station in front of the exam room, to her continuing to talk to me whilst i'm still trying to get dressed... i will AVOID returning to her. it's really too bad she's the last doctor on my list of doctors allowable by my remote insurance. thank god I won't be here much longer...

I am surprised to see that she has 14 years of experience. She didn't seem to know what to do to help me. Also appeared to not take me seriously. I tried to get her to coordinate my care with my other doctors, her job as a family practioner, I thought... She failed to do this also.
