Dr. Renee Rae Coulter, MD

Dr Coulter wasn’t my OB through my pregnancy, but she was the physician on staff the day I was leaving the hospital and in charge of discharging me. Throughout my stay I continued to tell the nurses that I wasn’t feeling well and my BP continued to rise. She didn’t even come meet with me but still discharged me. Later that day I came back to the hospital with a BP of 180/110, a horrible headache, and just generally felt like crap. Dr Coulter told me I was just anxious and didn’t want to be home with my new baby and was using them as an excuse. She sent me home. The next day I came back to the hospital and was treated for HELLP syndrome by a different OB. Dr Coulter is the reason I will be finding a new physician group and somewhere else to deliver for my next baby. I don’t want to risk getting her as a physician at Grafton. She created a lot of trauma for me in an already scary and difficult situation.

She is very open minded and non judgemental and patient. I didn't necessaarily want to do a couple of things her way during my last pregnancy and she was totally understanding and supportive of every decision I have made. I have recommended her to so many.

Dr. Coulter is amazing! She has been my Dr. through my two pregnancies and was fantastic! She has a wonderful disposition and is very caring. I am very selective when it comes to chosing Dr.s and I would highly recommend her. She puts me at ease and is approachable and easy to talk to.
