Dr. Renee Marie Dupont, MD

Previous to DuPont, the doctors misdiagnosed and over medicated. The doctor explains meds, watches for sideffects and has gradually reduced the meds. When my mom has stress, the doctor tells her to be sure to call if needed. Over the years Dr. Dupont has managed to be remain helpful, supportive and effective in her treatment of my mother.

I have an unusual neurological condition and I had seen 4 neurologists who had told me that none of my medications were making it worse. I thought one was and so I went to Dr. Dupont and she knew right away that I was right and changed the prescription to the only one that doesn't make it worse. My condition has been much better since then. She is also easy to talk to and helps me to problem solve when I feel overwhelmed.

Doesn't listen to you. Accuses you of lying. Horrible.

Both her and her staff never returns calls. Always late. Or rescheduling. Never reviewed condition or medication options with me. When I needed a refill she was not only unreachable but never contacted me for a year. After I had already found a new doctor she had the nerve to call and say I missed a appointment over a year ago. No how are you, are you alive or dead. Just, we need money. The absolute worst. Most neglectful money grubbing person.

Impossible to contact. Staff rude. Interrupts a lot and rushes you out. Dismissive and can be cold.

Waiting time is teribble. Staff is rude and doesn't deliver messages. No follow up.

Poor, Always wait at least 30 minutes. Never available for prescription refills. Answering service staff is very rude, always. No follow through.
