I took my 1yr old daughter there for her regular check up and shot. She let us waited there forever. I had have to come and ask for doctor back and forth while she was sitting in the doctor office with others. 1 hour later she came to us and told me she was busy. ????? She did not check her up or anything beside asking me questions and typing. After that she gave my daughter flu shot which i had to waited again for another 30 minutes. My daughter was crying, cranky, sleepy...and there was a nurse came in and asked if we need anything and why are we still there? I’m like: huhh??? Doctor told me to wait for shot, and nurse came in ask why dont you leave????? What? And the nurse told me that she doesnt know cuz nobody mentioned about the shot to her, so she told me to wait for her to get the stuffs... So here the thing: We had appointment at 3pm. We came at 2:45 to checkin. Waiting for our turn. We came in and the nurse started scaled and weighted my daughter right away. Then we were… sitting there waiting and waiting. Dr Renee came in did her job in only less than 5 minutes. Then we waited and waited until we got out of the hospital. The total time we there were over 3hrs. From 2:45- 5:55. Then she told me to come back the other day for blood work cuz office is closing. Total time to check up and shot were only 20min. The waiting time were almost 3hrs. So question here is: what did she do in that whole time? Why it took us that long to get my daughter’s regular check up and shot in only 20min work?
